Mr. Habig will oversee the financial planning, reporting, accounting and tax functions for the rapidly growing connected health company, reporting to Wellnest's CEO and founder Jonathan Ramaci. "Bob is joining our team at the right time to help accelerate our growth," says Ramaci, "His deep experience with venture-backed technology startups adds to our blue chip leadership team."

Mr. Habig brings experience from both Fortune 50 and early-stage, venture-backed, technology companies. During his 15 year tenure at Pepsi-Cola (a division of PepsiCo) he held ten senior IT, Strategic Planning and CFO positions at Pepsi headquarters and at field locations across the country. Prior to moving to Charleston, Bob served as the CFO for early-stage technology companies throughout Silicon Valley, including an eight year tenure as the chief financial officer of Avistar Communications, a publicly-held video conferencing software firm. Now in Charleston, he assists entrepreneurs through consulting, mentoring, and by serving on Board of Directors and Advisors.
