Wellcare to Offer Medicare Advantage Plans in Nebraska in 2022

OMAHA, Neb., Nov. 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Wellcare, a wholly owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation, announced today it is extending its Medicare Advantage plans to Nebraska. During this year's Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP), running Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, 2021, Medicare-eligible beneficiaries in Nebraska can enroll in a Wellcare Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plan. All coverage will take effect Jan. 1, 2022.
