Feb. 23-- Feb. 23--WOLCOTT -- A Wolcott man is facing several charges after an investigation into a house fire.
Dillon R. Hosmer, 20, formerly of 11860 Maplewood Drive, was charged Thursday with second-degree arson, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree reckless endangerment, according to Wayne County sheriff's deputies.
The charges stem from an investigation into a Feb. 20 fire at Hosmer's former residence while the other occupants were asleep, deputies said.
Hosmer was taken to Wayne County Jail on $1,000 bail or $2,000 insurance bond. Hosmer is to reappear in Wolcott Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
