PEMBROKE, Bermuda (AP) _ Watord Holdings Ltd. (WTRE) on Tuesday reported a loss of $15.7 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Pembroke, Bermuda-based company said it had a loss of 79 cents.
The insurance and reinsurance company posted revenue of $166.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $62.5 million, or $2 per share. Revenue was reported as $687.4 million.
Watford Holdings shares have declined 11% since the beginning of the year.
