Mr. Butcher brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, previously serving as President of Hagerty and a Director of Hagerty International Holdings, Ltd. Mr. Butcher spent a substantial part of his career in executive leadership roles at Marsh McLennan Agency and Marsh's U.S./Canada business. He also recently served in advisory roles at Brown & Brown, and as founder of his own leadership advisory firm.

Known for a track record of achievements related to driving growth and profitability, Mr. Butcher will focus on Vantage's continued expansion including its vision, culture, strategy, and business performance.
