Vantage Holdings, a subsidiary of NSM Insurance Group acquires Maybury James

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Maybury James the ultimate holding company for Peter D James Ltd and Stewart Miller McCulloch & Co Ltd, a specialist insurance broker based in the West Midlands of the UK has been acquired by Vantage Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of NSM Insurance Group.  This is the first acquisition made by Vantage Holdings since it was acquired in December 2016 by NSM Insurance Group and forms an integral part of their strategy to expand in the UK insurance market.
