NEWTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- V3 Insurance Partners LLC (V3) announces the expansion of its Property & Liability Practice with the addition of three senior executives. They include industry veterans John Bauer, John Gustafson and Kent Piper. These individuals bring years of industry experience and expertise in property specialties such as All Risk property and Difference in Conditions (DIC) insurance. These three executives are a significant component in V3’s strategic plan for continuing company growth.

From earthquake to flood to catastrophe modeling technology, John Bauer, John Gustafson and Kent Piper have developed products, managed teams and produced profitable property business over their long careers.

John Bauer, Vice President & All Risk Underwriting Manager
Mr. Bauer has more than 35 years of experience in property insurance and leads V3’s All Risk Property program. Prior to joining V3 Insurance, Mr. Bauer had roles as a senior vice president and insider property broker at RT Specialty/Westrope and as a senior underwriter at St. Paul Surplus E&S.

John Gustafson, Vice President of PropertyMr. Gustafson has more than 35 years of experience in Commercial Property insurance, including 30 years specializing in Excess & Surplus Lines and Difference in Conditions. He spent 17 years writing earthquake and flood for a leading DIC carrier in southern California.

Kent Piper, Senior VP and Underwriting Manager
A 38 year industry veteran, Mr. Piper leads V3's Difference in Conditions program. He brings in-depth experience in earthquake, flood, and other property products. Mr. Piper consistently leads his teams to success by underwriting highly profitable books of business as well as providing high quality products and services to his team's brokers.
