User Experience Earns OneAmerica Mobile Website a Top 3 Ranking

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Jan. 22 -- OneAmerica Financial Partners, a provider of insurance and financial services, issued the following news release:

OneAmerica(R) announced today that our retirement plan participant website --accessed through oneamerica.com-- has been recognized by DALBAR's Mobile InSIGHT. The independent Boston-based ratings agency rated our mobile optimized website top 3 out of 46 total competitors in its 2017 ranking.

DALBAR's Mobile InSIGHT ranking, which occurred in semester 2, aims to recognize companies that create "a meaningful user experience fit for mobile consumption," according to its report.

OneAmerica was ranked in the top three, among all competitors, after being evaluated in 11 categories - Design, Security, Mobile Optimization, Ease of Use, Personalization/Customization, Support, Interaction with the Firm, Interactivity, Navigation, Core Content and Behavior Centric. The mobile-optimized site also received top rankings in one or more evaluation criteria within the categories of Design, Security, Support, Navigation and Behavior Centric.

Based on scores in each of the 11 categories, the website also received the DALBAR designation of 'Excellent.' DALBAR notes that companies receiving the 'Excellent' designation have the effect of leading to market differentiation.

The DALBAR review was limited to the OneAmerica American United Life Insurance Company(R) (AUL)/Group Variable annuity mobile site.

The OneAmerica participant site was modernized in 2014 and was named in 2015 by DALBAR as one of the 10 best 401(k) provider mobile websites.
