User Experience Earns OneAmerica Mobile Website a Top 3 Ranking

DALBAR's Mobile InSIGHT ranking, which occurred in semester 2, aims to recognize companies that create "a meaningful user experience fit for mobile consumption," according to its report.
OneAmerica was ranked in the top three, among all competitors, after being evaluated in 11 categories - Design, Security, Mobile Optimization, Ease of Use, Personalization/Customization, Support, Interaction with the Firm, Interactivity, Navigation, Core Content and Behavior Centric. The mobile-optimized site also received top rankings in one or more evaluation criteria within the categories of Design, Security, Support, Navigation and Behavior Centric.
Based on scores in each of the 11 categories, the website also received the DALBAR designation of 'Excellent.' DALBAR notes that companies receiving the 'Excellent' designation have the effect of leading to market differentiation.
