UPDATE: Bryant Asset Protection Joins World Insurance Associates LLC

Iselin, NJ, June 13, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- World Insurance Associates LLC (“World”), a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired substantially all the insurance assets of Bryant Asset Protection, Inc.  (“BAP”) of Slingerlands, NY on May 1, 2023. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BAP was founded in 1951 by Charles Bryant, and today the insurance agency provides a full range of insurance products and services to businesses and individuals, primarily in Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer, and Schenectady counties, and they have business in 12 other states .
