U.S. Court Rules Against Homeowner’s $170K Crypto Loss Claim, Citing Policy Limits
A homeowner tried to sue his insurance company, claiming they did not cover his $170,000 loss from a crypto scam. However, a United States appeals court rejected his case. A panel of three judges made the decision. They ruled that dismissing his case was correct.
