Tom Dempsey Named President Of World Financial Group

World Financial Group announced today that Tom Dempsey has been appointed as president of World Financial Group.

Dempsey is a proven distribution leader, most recently serving as managing director for wholesale distribution within Transamerica's individual and workplace markets. With nearly two decades experience in global financial services, Dempsey began his career in retail sales and joined Transamerica in 2008.

World Financial Group, with operations in the United States and Canada, has over 54,000 agents offering insurance, annuities, mutual funds, retirement plans and managed accounts to individuals, with a focus on the middle and emerging affluent markets.
