The Agency Welcomes First Midwest Franchise in Birmingham, Michigan

PR Web

LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) March 22, 2022

Global real estate brokerage, The Agency has announced the launch of its new franchise office in Birmingham, Michigan. The new locale is the firm's 32nd franchise among its growing network of offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe and marks its first-ever in the Midwestern United States. The Birmingham office combines forces with local real estate titan Hall & Hunter to create The Agency Hall & Hunter, which is led by managing partners Brad and Ryan Wolf.

"We're delighted to begin The Agency's expansion into the Midwest and partner with leading industry professionals Brad Wolf and Ryan Wolf on our first-ever franchise in Michigan," said Mauricio Umansky, CEO and Founder of The Agency. "Brad and Ryan are accomplished brokers with a shared vision of collaboration and providing the best-in-class service to clients. We know they will be incredible stewards for The Agency brand."

The Agency has rapidly expanded its presence across the globe throughout the past year. In 2021, the firm's global expansion reached new heights with a record-breaking launch of 11 new franchises in one year, marking it one of the fastest-growing luxury boutique brokerages in the world. In 2022 alone, The Agency has already showcased impressive franchise growth in the U.S. and Canada, opening offices in Downtown Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Muskoka, Naples, Florida and now Birmingham, Michigan.

"Our new franchise in Birmingham, Michigan is a true testament to the supreme interest and demand we're experiencing throughout the U.S. for a brand like The Agency," said Jim Ramsay, Executive Vice President of Franchise Sales at The Agency. "We're excited to partner with Brad and Ryan Wolf on this new endeavor as we continue to showcase the power of The Agency brand across the U.S. and world."

Hall & Hunter Realtors was founded in 1954. In 1982, Dennis Wolf, Brad and Ryan's father, acquired the company and its 10 agents and set out to create Michigan's premier, locally-owned and operated real estate business. Hall & Hunter has grown into a thriving firm with more than 90 experienced real estate professionals recognized for providing the best service to Southeast Michigan. Now as The Agency Hall & Hunter, the brokerage combines the nearly 70-year legacy of Southeast Michigan's premier, locally-owned real estate firm with The Agency's cutting-edge resources and global network.

As Managing Partner of The Agency Hall & Hunter, Brad Wolf oversees Southeast Michigan's premier locally-owned real estate brokerage, serving clients across Oakland County. A graduate of Northwood University, Brad was employed by a local marketing firm before joining his family's real estate company, Hall & Hunter Realtors, as a sales agent in 1997. Over the last 25 years, Brad has served on the company's Advisory Board, developed an in-house marketing department and implemented technology, all while maintaining a position as a top producer. In the mid-2000s, Brad became a member of the management team, assisting with strategically recruiting, retaining agents, staffing, forecasting and goal setting. Brad obtained his broker's license in 2010 and added the position of Managing Broker to his role within the company.

"We are so thrilled to share with you the exciting next chapter in the nearly 70-year story of Hall & Hunter," said Brad Wolf. "As stewards of this legacy, we are proud to be leading our family-owned business into the future and to offer our clients and colleagues unparalleled real estate service with a brokerage partner that shares our values, mission and vision for the future of our industry."

Ryan Wolf, Managing Partner of The Agency Hall & Hunter, brings a lifetime of real estate experience, deep roots within the Birmingham community, and a passion for quality to the brokerage. Ryan and his colleagues at Hall & Hunter specialize in the Southeast Michigan area, proudly supporting clients throughout a major life milestone and providing them with the nuanced expertise and devout attention they deserve. Ryan's career began at a young age. After getting his driver's license, he became the Hall & Hunter sign installer, his after-school contribution to the family business. He attended Indiana University, after which his first job was in the real estate title insurance industry, followed by a position in mortgage banking for 12 years. In 2015, he finally gave in to his ultimate passion and delved into real estate. Today, he is recognized as one of the region's premier real estate professionals.

"As the housing market in Michigan continues to boom, we are so looking forward to partnering with The Agency to build our business in our thriving community of Birmingham," said Ryan Wolf. "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with such an esteemed brokerage as The Agency. Together, we will provide our clients with extensive local knowledge, personalized concierge service, cutting-edge technology, creative marketing, and access to a vast global network."

The Agency Hall & Hunter is located at 442 S. Old Woodward Ave, Birmingham, MI 48009.
