Terri Judge joins LTCG as Senior Vice President, Operations

Business Wire

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LTCG, the recognized leader in business processing outsourcing for long term care insurance, has just announced the appointment of Terri Judge as its new Senior Vice President, Operations. Judge brings more than two decades of experience in the long term care (LTC) industry to her new position. In this role, Judge will oversee all front-end operations for LTCG, an area which includes application processing, underwriting, policy issuance, policyholder services and the company’s call centers. She is also tasked with identifying opportunities to optimize LTCG’s operational effectiveness and service levels.

The majority of Terri Judge’s career has been spent at John Hancock, one of the industry’s most respected and well-known insurers. There she held roles of progressive responsibility which culminated in her leadership of all long term care operations for Group customers. Prior to joining LTCG, Judge also consulted with a number of LTC-focused organizations including New York Life and Accenture. She has led many successful initiatives over the past 20 years, including the implementation of multiple systems, installations and ongoing administration for hundreds of Group clients, as well as consistent delivery of outstanding operational results.

“I am very excited to welcome Terri Judge to our growing team,” said Peter Goldstein, CEO of LTCG. “I have personally known Terri for more than 15 years and have always been impressed by her leadership style, strategic thinking and results-oriented approach. Her experience working with leading insurers will be incredibly valuable as LTCG continues to look for ways to deliver unsurpassed value to our customers.”

This addition to LTCG’s operations leadership team fits within the company’s larger growth strategy that includes making significant investments in people, systems and new capabilities. Since the company’s purchase by investment firm Stone Point Capital in 2014, LTCG has added four industry experts to its C-suite, acquired an entire LTC actuarial and analytics division from Towers Watson and achieved significant wins in new business while maintaining impressive client retention. This most recent hire will reinforce LTCG’s commitment to focusing on operational excellence and client satisfaction in 2016 and beyond.
