Tax Lawyer Christopher S. McLoon Joins Nutter as Partner

Drawing on his expertise in tax law, as well as in partnerships and limited liability companies, McLoon advises clients in structuring business transactions to achieve optimal business and tax results. In doing so, he focuses on communicating clear solutions to complex issues.
McLoon represents businesses of all sizes and across several industries. He also represents developers on real estate development projects that have included hotel, office, retail, and residential units. He often counsels clients on low income tax credits, historic tax credits, and new markets tax credits.
