Swiss Re Corporate Solutions appoints Sandy Codding as Global Head Cyber & Technology

ZURICH and NEW YORK, Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Swiss Re Corporate Solutions appoints Sandy Codding as Global Head Cyber & Technology, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Codding is responsible for overseeing cyber and technology underwriting guidelines, rating methodology, distribution relationships, product sales and new product development. Globally, he will focus on growing Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' offerings in the small and middle market space. Based in Boston, he succeeds François Brisson, who has been appointed Head Cyber & Technology EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Mr. Codding will oversee a global team of regional underwriters.

Mr. Codding brings over 30 years of industry experience to this role. He has held various positions in underwriting and product development. Most recently, he was a broker helping clients assess their risk profile, design risk transfer strategies, and place insurance for cyber and tech risks.

An American national, Mr. Codding holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
