Sterling Seacrest Pritchard receives recognition for strong growth in Insurance industry

Cumberland-based Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, one of the nation's top 100 commercial insurance brokers, has received several new honors in recognition of its growth and achievement.
The company has once again been recognized as a Best Practices Agency for 2026, earning a place among an exclusive group of independent insurance agencies nationwide. In addition, SSP received the distinguished "Top Performer" designation, recognizing it as the highest-performing agency in its revenue category. The Best Practices Agency designation is awarded to participants in the Best Practices Study, a comprehensive analysis of the business operations and performance of the insurance industry's top-performing independent agencies.
Out of 1,190 independent insurance agencies nominated, only 300 within the U.S. qualified for and maintained their Best Practices Agency designation.
Sterling Seacrest Pritchard has also been named as one of the Top 100 commercial insurance agencies and brokerages in the U.S. by The Hales Report. Each year, Dowling Hales ranks the top 100 commercial- focused agents and brokers in the U.S. Based on 2025 revenue, the "Hales Top 100" U.S. agents and broker composite grew 5% year-on-year to represent $85 billion of aggregate revenue. SSP is included at No. 49, reflecting 9.3% growth from 2024 to 2025.
