State agency warns against unlicensed carnival rides and bounce houses

May 17-- May 17--SANTA FE, N.M.The State of New Mexico requires that licensed operators conduct daily inspections, receive an annual NAARSO inspection, receive annual certification and carry liability insurance of at least three million dollars in aggregate.
