CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, Feb. 14 -- State Farm Companies, an auto, home and individual life insurance provider, issued the following news release:

- New commercials debut during NBA All-Star weekend.

State Farm(R) will debut new commercials during the NBA All-Star 2019 this weekend in Charlotte, N.C.
In "Explosion" and "Triple Threat", the new ads feature how State Farm Agent Cole Perez, played by actor Oscar Nunez, is always there to help NBA All Stars Chris Paul and James Harden. Another new Commercial -- "Jump Around" -- includes Houston Rockets mascot Clutch the Bear.
The State Farm title sponsorship of All-Star Saturday Night includes a skills challenge and slam dunk and three-point contests to be televised on TNT.
Every assist during the All-Star game will provide a $1,900 donation to the Youth Assist Tracker Challenge, celebrating 19,000 State Farm agents. Also, three Charlotte area middle schools will be awarded STEAM grants to provide educational tools and classroom renovations.
