Single-Payer Healthcare in the 60 Second Survey

In the ongoing debate about healthcare, you may have read about those who advocate for a single-payer healthcare system for the United States.

Single-payer healthcare would end the practice of giving individuals the choice of shopping around and buying their healthcare from insurance companies and giving them options of picking their doctors and healthcare facilities and instead move to a system where Americans would pay additional taxes to the government and have the government fully manage and cover all healthcare services and costs.
