Shawn Yingling Joins Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers as Chief Retail Distribution Officer

DECEMBER 19, 2024| CHICAGO, IL - Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN), a leading international specialty insurance firm, is pleased to announce that Shawn Yingling has joined its specialty underwriting segment, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers ("RSUM"). Shawn will serve as Chief Retail Distribution Officer, bringing with him thirty-five years of diverse insurance experience from across the industry.

Shawn previously served as the North American alternative channels distribution leader for a global insurance organization, working closely with managing general underwriters, program administrators, group captive administrators and various other alternative distribution channels. Previously, Shawn held executive leadership, distribution and technical roles in several industry specific programs within the delegated underwriting authority framework, building relationships with brokers, program managers and insurance carriers.
