WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-GA) comments on the Senate health care discussion draft:
"After reviewing the initial working draft, I believe it includes many substantial fixes to our broken health care system. Obamacare is the law of the land and collapsing under its own weight, and now we are closer than ever before to delivering real relief to millions of Americans struggling under the current system. Obviously, this will not be the final bill, but I'm hopeful that we can resolve the remaining disagreements and deliver a consensus bill that is a vast improvement over Obamacare."
