Sen. Daines Introduces Bill to Repeal Individual Mandate for Health Insurance

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 1898) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to retroactively repeal the individual mandate for health insurance."

The bill was introduced on Sept. 28. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
