Scott Cerosky and William J. Paterno Join World Insurance Associates LLC

TINTON FALLS, N.J., July 17, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Producers Scott Cerosky and William J. Paterno recently joined World Insurance Associates LLC, an independent insurance agency headquartered in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Scott Cerosky joins as a Producer and Principal in the Commercial Lines division. Scott entered the insurance profession in 1981 and in the early 1990s performed the due diligence required to develop the actuarial data to enable the proper classifications of Street and Parking Lot Sweepers, and more recently, Pavers, Seal Coaters, and Striping contractors. This resulted in more accurate insurance classifications and better protection by insurance programs. Contractors have saved significant premium dollars by having the appropriate classifications and rates assigned to their specific scopes of work. In 2016, Scott was awarded the Alan Curtis Industry Service Award for his efforts and was installed into the Pavement Hall of Fame.

William J. Paterno joins World Insurance Associates as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Surety with over 20 years of contract and commercial surety experience. Prior to joining World Insurance Associates, Bill was a Founding Member and Managing Partner of Mid-Atlantic Surety LLC, a regional surety brokerage operation based in Matawan and Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Fields of competence include large construction surety programs, financial statement analysis, environmental bond programs, international bond programs and marketing of large commercial surety bonds. Bill is a member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP), Utility Trade Contractors Association (UTCA), New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), and the New York and New Jersey Surety Underwriter Associations.
