RSA’s Broker Leader Programme 2019 Launches

- RSA has launched its 2019 Broker Leader Programme by welcoming 12 new up-and-coming brokers on to the programme

The training course, now in its fifth year, is accredited by the
RSA's seven-month Broker Leader programme, has now welcomed over 50 brokers, since its inception in 2015.
The intensive seven-month programme, has now welcomed over 50 brokers, since its inception in 2015. The course is designed to support the brokers in their careers, helping to equip them with skills in areas such as talent; financial; sales and relationship management, as well as strategy and business planning.
Each broker is partnered with a senior RSA employee who mentors them throughout the course. To ensure the programme is relevant and practical, each candidate brings a live project from their brokerage, applying the skills they learn in real time. The course runs until
