Robert Elias Joins The Exclusive Haute Lawyer Network By Haute Living

PR Web

MIAMI (PRWEB) September 08, 2020

Robert Elias, leading Real Estate Law attorney in the South Florida area, has joined the exclusive Haute Lawyer Network by Haute Living.

The Haute Lawyer Network, well known for its exclusive and luxurious lifestyle publication Haute Living, is privileged to present Robert Elias as a member and expert in his field.

Haute Lawyer offers a prominent collective of leading attorneys. The invitation-only network features only two lawyers per market. This partnership allows Haute Lawyer to connect its affluent readers with industry-leading attorneys in their area.

ABOUT ROBERT ELIAS:
Mr. Robert Elias obtained his undergraduate degree (BBA with emphasis in Finance at the Edwin Cox School of Business) at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Mr. Elias then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Elias leads one of the premier transactional boutique law firms in South Florida. The Elias Law Firm PLLC specializes in real estate (commercial and residential), corporate, estate planning/probate, asset protection and banking/lender representation throughout Florida. Mr. Elias was named to the exclusive list of South Florida's Top Rated Lawyers by American Lawyer Media having completed nearly $2 Billion in transactions.

Mr. Elias is a native South Floridian. He attended Miami Country Day School and supplemented his secondary education by attending summer programs at both Phillips Exeter Academy (N.H.) and Choate Rosemary Hall (Conn).

Mr. Elias did his clerkship in the legal department of Carnival Cruise Lines during law school. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Elias initially practiced law in the Miami (Brickell) office of large regional firm where his primary areas of concentration included real estate transactions, loan restructuring/workouts and associated litigation. During the Savings & Loan crisis, a significant portion of Mr. Elias' time was devoted to the representation of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in their various capacities as receivers for federally-insured financial institutions. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Elias subsequently practiced with the Miami (Coconut Grove) office of another preeminent regional firm where he concentrated on land use/zoning, commercial leasing, commercial real estate transactions, and governmental work as a member of the Real Estate Department.

Mr. Elias is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council, a group of leading commercial real estate attorneys in Miami.
