Business Wire

George has more than 35 years of benefits, total rewards, HR technology, and healthcare strategy expertise

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Alliant Insurance Services has hired Rick George as First Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, George will work with employers nationwide to develop employee benefits strategies that improve the employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and manage long-term healthcare costs.

“Rick brings a strong record of leadership in employee benefits, healthcare strategy, and technology-enabled transformation,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits. “His ability to align benefits programs with business objectives and employee well-being will be a valuable resource for organizations seeking more effective ways to support their people and manage complexity.”

George has more than 35 years of experience in employee benefits, total rewards, healthcare strategy, and employee well-being. A key element of George’s background is his work transforming benefits delivery through technology, systems, and process improvement. He has led large-scale initiatives to redesign benefits processes, strengthen operational efficiency, improve data integrity, enhance reporting capabilities, and create more seamless experiences for employees, HR teams, and business leaders.

Prior to joining Alliant, George was Senior Director of Benefits and Wellness with a national transportation company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Arkansas and has been recognized as a “40 Under 40” recipient by both Arkansas Business and the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal.
