Resurgens Technology Partners Acquires Assurance Business Continuity Management Software from Sungard Availability Services

ATLANTA & WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Resurgens Technology Partners has acquired the Assurance Business Continuity Management Planning (BCMP) software business from Sungard Availability Services (Sungard AS) in a transaction that positions Assurance for further growth and expansion of its market leadership position.
