Rep. Sessions Introduces Health Care Fairness for All Act

WASHINGTON, May 24 -- Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, introduced the "Health Care Fairness for All Act" on May 9, 2023. The text of the bill was released on May 23.
H.R. 3129. A bill to ensure health care fairness and affordability for all Americans through universal access to equitable health insurance tax credits, reformed health savings accounts, and strengthened consumer protections, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Ways and Means, and Education and the Workforce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

SECTION 1. Short title; purposes; table of contents.
(a) Short title.--This Act may be cited as the "Health Care Fairness for All Act
SEC. 2. Definitions.
