Rep. Pallone Introduces Bill to Reauthorize National Flood Insurance Program

WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-N.J., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5802) to "reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 1 and has 15 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Reps. Clay Higgins, R-La., Bill Pascrell Jr., D-N.J., Donald M. Payne Jr., D-N.J., Bonnie Watson Coleman, D-N.J., Donald W. Norcross, D-N.J., Mikie Sherrill, D-N.J., Tom Malinowski, D-N.J., Albio Sires, D-N.J., Charlie Crist, D-Fla., Jeff Van Drew, R-N.J., Andrew Kim, D-N.J., Chris Smith, R-N.J., Val Butler Demings, D-Fla., and Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J.
The legislation was referred to the House Financial Services; Transportation and Infrastructure; and Ways and Means committees.
