Rep. Noem Introduces Bill on Reimposition of Annual Fee on Health Insurance Providers

WASHINGTON, May 26 -- Rep. Kristi L. Noem, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5963) to "delay the reimposition of the annual fee on health insurance providers until after 2020."
The bill was introduced on May 24 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Jackie Walorski, R-Ind., Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz., and Ami Bera, D-Calif. It was jointly referred to the House Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce committees.
