Rep. Noem Introduces Bill on Annual Fee Imposed on Health Insurance Providers

WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 -- Rep. Kristi L. Noem, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4894) to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act "to provide temporary relief from the annual fee imposed on health insurance providers."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 29. It was jointly referred to the House Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means committees.
