WASHINGTON, July 28 -- Rep. Luke Messer, R-Ind., issued the following statement following the Senate's failed effort to repeal Obamacare:
"Last night's vote in the U.S. Senate is unacceptable. It's a broken promise to the American people.
"As a result, thousands and thousands of Hoosiers will be left with unaffordable insurance or no insurance at all.
"This cannot be the final outcome, and more must be done. I'll keep working to keep our promise, repeal Obamacare and replace it with something much better for working Hoosiers."
