Rep. Luria Introduces Bill on Disclosure of Policy Under National Flood Insurance Program

WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Rep. Elaine Luria, D-Va., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5256) to "provide for the disclosure and sharing of certain policy and claims information under the National Flood Insurance Program."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 14 and was co-sponsored by Reps. Andrew R. Garbarino, R-N.Y., and Madeleine Dean, D-Pa. It was referred to the House Financial Services Committee.
