Rep. King Introduces Bill on Obamacare Cases

WASHINGTON, Jan. 12 -- Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, has introduced legislation (H.R. 518) to "bar Supreme Court decisions in certain Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act cases from citation."

The bill was introduced on Jan. 11 and was co-sponsored by Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C. It was referred to the House Judiciary Committee.
