Rep. Kind Introduces Bill to Make Mortgage Insurance Premium Deduction Permanent

WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Rep. Ron Kind, D-Wis., has introduced legislation (H.R. 6109) to "amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the income cap for and make permanent the mortgage insurance premium deduction."

The bill was introduced on Dec. 1 and was co-sponsored by Rep. Vern Buchanan, R-Fla. It was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.
