Rep. Higgins Introduces Bill on National Flood Insurance Program

WASHINGTON, June 25 -- Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., has introduced legislation (H.R. 4091) to "authorize the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to terminate certain contracts on the basis of detrimental conduct to the National Flood Insurance Program."
The bill was introduced on June 23. It was referred to the House Financial Services Committee.
