Rep. Bucshon Introduces Bill on Health Insurance Premium Rates Age Variation

WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Rep. Larry Bucshon, R-Ind., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5921) to amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to change the permissible age variation in health insurance premium rates.
The bill was introduced on July 21. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
