WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Rep. Larry Bucshon, R-Ind., has introduced legislation (H.R. 708) to amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act "to change the permissible age variation in health insurance premium rates."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 27. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
