Dec. 21--Download the full compendium of exhibits filed in October by the Federal Trade Commission to support its request for a temporary injunction to shut down Hollywood-based Simple Health Plans LLC.

The FTC, which is continuing to seek a court ruling permanently closing the operation and barring its principals from selling health insurance again, charges that the agency scammed tens of thousands of consumers out of more than $150 million since 2013.
