Raymond James Posts 2Q Profit
ST PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) _ Raymond James Financial Inc. (RJF) on Wednesday reported fiscal second-quarter earnings of $112.8 million.
The St Petersburg, Florida-based company said it had earnings of 77 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.28 per share.
The financial services company posted revenue of $1.6 billion in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $1.56 billion.
Raymond James shares have risen slightly more than 9 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $75.74, an increase of 40 percent in the last 12 months.
