Randall Livingston to Transition from eHealth Board of Directors

(Nasdaq: EHTH), a leading private online health insurance marketplace, today announced that Randall Livingston will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors and will step down when his current term expires at the Company's 2023 annual meeting of shareholders.
