The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, is seeking potential sources to provide Community Nursing Home (CNH) services within the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) catchment area. Nursing home care shall meet the total medical, nursing, and psychosocial needs of VA beneficiaries and must:Have current Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services certification.Be licensed by the State of Nevada The VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) serves the following Nevada counties: Esmeralda, Nye, Lincoln and Clark.The proposed NAICS Code is 623110, Nursing Care Facilities (Skilled Nursing Facilities) and the corresponding small business size is $30 Million.All capable businesses are encouraged to reply. Responses shall include: Business Name and AddressPoint of contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address DUNS and NAICS code Business Size (small or large) and Business type (Veteran Owned, HUB Zone, Woman-Owned, etc.)Pamphlet describing nursing home (location, type of care provided, etc.). The pamphlet shall not exceed 2MB or 5 pages. Answers to the following:Is the establishment licensed by the state of Nevada Is the establishment certified by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services What is the firm s level of experience with case-mix reimbursement under a Federal rate structure (e.g., Resource Utilization Group) Does the establishment meet all state requirements for level of medical liability insurance Is the establishment compliant with the requirements of 42 CFR 483.35 What is the number of beds available for Veterans What is the facility s CMS Star Rating Does facility provide any specialty services such as vent/trach capability and respiratory therapy This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only.
