FEMA Region One anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to furnish all labor, materials, tools, safety equipment and any additional equipment necessary for completion of the public safety radio tower overhaul project. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, this award will be for a Total Small Business Set Aside.

Award Criteria: This requirement will be evaluated based on the Best Value to the government per FAR 15.101.
