Prominent Plaintiff Trial Lawyers Bentley & More Announce New Orange County Firm

Business Wire

New Firm Bentley & More LLP To Focus On High-Stakes Plaintiff Litigation

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Experienced trial lawyers Greg Bentley and Keith More today announced the formation of their new law firm, Bentley & More LLP, focusing on civil trials involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, insurance bad faith, and worker’s compensation matters.

Greg Bentley was formerly with the Claremont litigation firm Shernoff Bidart Echeverria Bentley LLP, where he served as a trial lawyer and partner for the last ten years. Also joining Bentley & More from the Shernoff office will be partner Matt Clark and associates Clare Lucich and Natasha Axelrod. This trial-tested team has been responsible for a number of multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements, and looks to continue that success in the new Orange County venture.

Keith More was formerly with Berman More Gonzalez, Attorneys at Law, where he served as a founding partner helping plaintiffs and injured workers for more than 25 years. More joins the new Bentley & More LLP firm with his team intact, including partner Jose Gonzalez and trial attorney Jaimi Groothuis. More and his team have been responsible for some of the most prominent workers’ compensation awards in California, and will continue to vigorously litigate worker’s compensation and personal injury claims throughout the State.

“It was an honor and privilege to work with such wonderful lawyers at the Shernoff firm, a firm that cares so deeply about their clients,” said Bentley. The move to Orange County begins a new chapter in his life, “I’m excited to join up with Keith, a great lawyer, friend, and Orange County stalwart, as we embark on this journey together. We look forward to continuing to try cases throughout the state,” said Bentley.

For More, who is deeply entrenched in Orange County having served as President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and honored by the Association as a 3-Time Top Gun Trial Lawyer of the Year in Workers Compensation, adding Bentley was a perfect fit, “Greg and I have become really good friends while handling and trying cases together over the years. His civil trial experience is a great mix with my work comp practice,” More said. The chance to work together was also a draw for both, “Keith brings a ton of energy and positive enthusiasm in all that he does,” said Bentley. “I’m really looking forward to working with Greg. The synergy between the two of us is great,” commented More.

Gregory L. Bentley is a trial attorney specializing in the representation of consumers on a wide variety of cases, including insurance bad faith, catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and wrongful death matters. He is a member of the prestigious International Academy of Trial Lawyers, is a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, serving as President of the Riverside/San Bernardino Chapter in 2015.
