PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The American Consulate General, Frankfurt is looking for interested and qualified companies for the Request for Proposal (RFP) SGE50017R0136 for:

HEALTH INSURANCE FOR LOCALLY ENGAGED STAFF

AMERICAN EMBASSY LUANDA, ANGOLA

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2017.

Qualifications required include that firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses

NOTE: Registration in the US System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at the help tab of https://www.sam.gov/ [https://www.sam.gov].

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.

This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
