Arrests made by Marshall police

Kendrick Dewayne Hicks, 37, of Marshall was arrested and charged with expired driver's license and no liability insurance on Monday.

Michael Lewis Blanchette, 36, of Marshall was arrested and charged with violation of probation/unlawful use of a criminal instrument, possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces and interfere with emergency call on Monday.

Gelvert Misae Espinosa-Rivera, 30, of Marshall was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group two measuring between four and 400 grams (two counts), possession of a controlled substance in penalty group three measuring less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana measuring less than two ounces, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one measuring between 200 and 400 grams on Monday.

Wenard Rudolph Hill Jr., 50, of Marshall was arrested and charged with assault of a family/household member on Monday.

Shelley Dawn Hess, 47, of Waskom was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B measuring less than one gram and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair on Monday.

Richard Bryan Kyles Jr., 45, of Marshall was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1/1-B measuring less than one gram and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair on Monday.

Tanya Marie Leaver, 40, of Lindale was arrested and charged with parole violation on Monday.

Dustin Chad Martin, 31, of Waskom was arrested and charged with no driver's license on Monday.
