Roberto Ramirez, 25, of Houston, TX, was arrested June 25 and charged with possession of cocaine, reckless driving, and expired driver’s license over 6 months.
Demario Gilmore, 29, of Cocoa, was arrested June 29 and charge with battery on a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, battery, and resisting officer with violence as simple assault.

James Dean, 32, of Apopka, was arrested June 24 and charged with trafficking in 4 grams or more of fentanyl, trafficking in 7 grams or more of oxycodone, possession of cocaine, and felony possession of a controlled substance while in physical control of a motor vehicle.
Nicholas Ulshafer, 27, of Merritt Island, was arrested June 24 and charged with two counts of burglary on an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, and possession of burglary tools with intent to use.
Robert Vendetti, 68, of Melbourne, was arrested June 24 and charged with aggravated assault as domestic violence, and aggravated assault of a person 65 years of age or older.
Carl Youngquist, 29, of Titusville, was arrested June 24 and charged with possession of opium or derivative with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver, and resisting officer without violence.
Vincent Crusoe, 49, of Port Canaveral, was arrested June 25 and charged with out of state fugitive.

Ralph Alfonso, 57, of Port Richey, was arrested June 27 and charged with falsely identifying self as contractor, and grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000.
Christopher Girard, 33, of Cocoa, was arrested June 27 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.
Daniel Lovelace, 36, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested June 27 and charged with defraud of innkeeper less than $1,000, driving while license suspended with knowledge (1st offense), and false ID given to law enforcement officer.
James Martin, 34, of Micco, was arrested June 27 and charged with failure to report transient residence within 48 hours and every 30 days thereafter as a sex offender.
Juan Ortiz, 37, of Cocoa, was arrested June 27 and charged with tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, and murder without premeditation (2nd degree).
Jonathan Patton, 41, of Cape Canaveral , was arrested June 27 and charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm/disability.
Quentarious Cohen, 20, of Melbourne, was arrested June 28 and charged with use/display of a firearm or carrying a concealed firearm during commission a felony, possession of a weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, and shoot/ throw of missile into dwelling/vehicle/building/ aircraft as aggravated assault.
Cassandra Davis, 35, of Cocoa, was arrested June 28 and charged with tampering in misdemeanor proceedings, petty theft 2nd degree larceny (1st offense), and battery.

Antonio Fleming, 25, of Titusville, was arrested June 28 and charged with fleeing and eluding police officer, driving while license suspended with knowledge (2nd offense), and reckless driving.
Jason Pack, 42, of, Merritt Island, was arrested June 28 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older, and discharging a firearm in public or residential property.
Saxon Williams, 23, of Cocoa, was arrested June 28 and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of marijuana with intent to sell/ manufacture/deliver, possession of a synthetic cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia with residue, and use/display of a firearm or carrying a concealed firearm during the commission of a felony.
David Albrecht, 52, of Satellite Beach, was arrested June 29 and charged with criminal mischief over $1,000.
Michael Argila, 31, of Cocoa, was arrested June 29 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
