Hometown News: Palm Bay (FL)

German Betancourt, 48, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older.

Scott Delfox, 32, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gina Cafiero, 35, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with resisting officer without violence, introduction of contraband into jail facility, and breach of peace as disorderly conduct.

Frederick Fischer, 62, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed.

Brian George, 33, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm/weapon/ammo by convicted felon, and possession of a short-barreled gun/rifle/ machine gun.

Ronald Withrow, 77, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence, and felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Litinmilife Holmes-Badger, 24, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, and driving under the influence.

Daniel Cain, 50, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with driving under the influence (4th or subsequent offense), driving while license suspended with knowledge (3rd or subsequent offense), no motorcycle endorsement, and refusal to submit to DUI test after license suspended.

Jonatan Ruiz, 34, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with aggravated battery as domestic violence.

Jada Smith, 21, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, and grand theft from a building over $750 and less than $5,000.

Saymari Torres, 20, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed, and grand theft larceny over $750 and less than $5,000.

Robin Henry, 47, of Palm Bay, was arrested March 1 and charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement officer with lights/siren, driving while license suspended with knowledge (2nd offense), and possession of methamphetamine.

Ernest Rose, 50, of Melbourne, was arrested March 1 and charged with child abuse without great harm as aggravated assault, and felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Douglas Berdayes, 49, of Miami, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with petty theft 2nd degree larceny (3rd or subsequent offense), and two counts of resisting officer without violence.

Ryan Bishop, 31, of Cocoa, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with possession of cocaine.

Scott Di Biase, 63, (homeless/address not listed), was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luis Lorenzo-Rivera, 36, of Cocoa, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with felony battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Christian Lucas, 27, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with felony battery.

Kimmie Pickens, 75, of Hazel Crest, IL, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with out of state fugitive.

Stephen Saylor, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault as domestic violence, armed burglary of a dwelling/structure, carrying a concealed firearm, battery as domestic violence, touch or strike, and criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000.

Greg Sosby, 49, of Merritt Island, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with felony battery by strangulation.

James Talbert, 41, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with aggravated stalking, sexual battery to victim over 12 years old with weapon or force, battery as domestic violence, tampering in misdemeanor proceedings, simple assault with intent to do violence, 1st degree arson to structure/vehicle with people present, tampering in misdemeanor proceedings, and resisting officer without violence.

Markeith Walker, 32, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with out of state fugitive.

Paula Canada, 49, of Cocoa, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with two counts of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue.

Richard Delacruz, 37, of Palm Bay, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with insurance fraud less than $20,000, passing of forged/ altered instrument, grand theft pickpocketing over $750 and less than $5,000.

Kenneth Delvalle, 31, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with out of state fugitive.

Aimmie Johnson, 34, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with false ID given to law enforcement officer, battery, and petty theft 2nd degree larceny (3rd or subsequent offense).

Ronald Jones, 62, of Cape Canaveral, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Wilford McCloud, 40, of Titusville, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm/weapon/ammo by a convicted felon, and carrying a concealed firearm.

Scott McGuirk, 63, of Cocoa, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with failure to report vacting permanent residence as sex offender, failure to report name or residence change as a sex offender, and failure to provide location or other information as a sex offender.

Cody McKee, 26, of Melbourne, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, fraudulent use of a credit card over $100 or more than twice in six months, unlawful possession of stolen credit/debit card, use/possession of ID of another person without consent, and petty theft 2nd degree larceny (2nd offense).

Ramon Ortiz, 18, of Cocoa, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with robbery by sudden snatch without firearm, resisting officer without violence, felony battery as domestic violence, and criminal mischief over $200 and less than $1,000.
