Police blotter: DUI arrests, parole violation, suspected meth [The Montana Standard, Butte]

Montana Standard (Butte)

Mar. 29—Accident at intersection

At about 8:30 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a non-injury traffic accident near the intersection of Montana and Iron streets.

Robert L. Okrusch, 49, of Butte, was taken into custody on charges of driving under the influence (fourth or subsequent offense), reckless driving, and no liability insurance.

Middle of the road

Marie A. Allison, 49, of Butte was arrested Thursday for driving under the influence.

According to the police report, Allison parked her car in the middle of the street near the intersection of Montana and James streets. When police arrived, Allison was found passed out and when an officer woke her up, she allegedly was not sure where she was.

Parole violation

At the request of Adult Probation & Parole, Ghlee Blickenstaff, 36, of Butte was jailed Thursday for a parole violation.

Suspected meth

Danielle R. Vigil, 28, of Helena was taken into custody Wednesday for a probation violation and criminal contempt. While being booked, suspected methamphetamine was found in her possession, and she was also jailed for criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Arrested Thursday

Ronald D. Reynolds, 56, of Butte was arrested early Thursday at the KOA on a warrant for failure to register.

Outside warrant

A trooper with the Montana Highway Patrol took Adam H. Aziz, 40, of Butte into custody on an outside warrant.

Fence damaged

It was reported that a fence was damaged Wednesday at a residence in the 2000 block of Pine Street. In addition, the resident's truck was parked in a different spot and a camp trailer had been broken into.

Unruly passenger

On Thursday morning, a city bus driver told a passenger he couldn't drink on the bus. The man responded by throwing two bottles of beer, breaking a large window. On his way out, the unruly passenger reportedly elbowed the bus driver. Police searched the area for the unidentified man but could not find him.
