Jessica Chapman, 36, 162 Dock Ridge Road in Union Mills, was charged with failure to appear no liability insurance; released on Jan. 6, 2022.
Yavier Davila, 26, 198 Buckshot Scooter Lane, charged with failure to appear on charges of flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana and resisting a public officer; being held on a $40,000 secured bond.
Robert Hardin, 48, 296 Bradbury Road inn Ellenboro, charged with parole violation; no bond.
Joshua Hargett, 2815 Camp Creek Road in Union Mills, charged with four counts of assault with a deadly weapon; being held on a $2,000 secured bond.
Andrew Hicks, 32, 230 Hall Road in Spindale, charged with possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear for the second time on charges of expired registration card/tag, two counts of failure to appear on misdemeanor, inspection sticker no inspection, failure to wear seat belt and driving while license revoked; being held on a $7,000 secured bond.
Juan Irigoyen, 32, 116 Pride Drive in Simpson-ville, charged with failure to appear on charges of operating vehicle without a license, failure to wear a seatbelt, speeding and he was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; being held on a $2,000 secured bond.
Morgan Kinsey, 32, 397 Kingswood Drive in Forest City, charged with failure to appear non-support of child; released on Jan. 6, 2022.
David Langley, 37, 1009 Luckadoo Mountain Road in Bostic, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of a controlled substance; released on Jan. 6, 2022.
Jonathan Pollock, 37, 240 Andy Drive in Forest City, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine; being held on a $1,000 secured bond.
Ronald Ward Jr., 33, 2825 Hwy 545 in Conway, charged with extradition/fugitive other state; no bond.
Travis Wishon, 19, 2231 US 221 Hwy N in Rutherfordton, charged with failure to appear on a charge of larceny of motor vehicle; being held on a $20,000 secured bond.
